ABOUT
Raised in North Carolina and currently based in Brooklyn, I recently received a BFA in Interactive Media Arts at NYU Tisch with a minor in Art History.
My practice spans fabrication, fine art, and digital mediums with a focus on creative experimentation. I’m currently exploring silicone tattooing through my series Porcelain Objects: Silicone Bodies as well as pursuing set/production design. My work is often rooted in reframing memory and childhood, understanding the Chinese American diasporic experience, along with indulging in the fantastical and the dream-like.
When not at work, I enjoy keeping my hands busy by sewing, jewelry-making, and teaching myself new songs on the piano. I love sharing thoughts on books and films (ask me for my Goodreads or Letterboxd!).
